The first part of the class will be devoted to listening to yourself and disengaging from and releasing the beliefs and blocks that inhibit your own voice. The second part of the class will be hands-on in nature, working with the other individuals in the class with vocal soundings as a means of opening and healing the bodies, and releasing blocks and trauma.
