The onset of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FMS) can turn your life, or the life of someone you love, into endless days of turmoil; creating great suffering and loss. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicates more than one million people in the United States, from every age, ethnic and socioeconomic group, have CFS. There is no diagnostic test, and there is no cure. However, you can improve your function and quality of life. I have walked this path. I understand the endless suffering, and the courage and self-love that is required to find peace and the opportunity for health.
