If you have an event you would like to have listed on our calendar, please use the form below to submit it to us.

If event is free, or you are a non-profit organization, listing is free.

Listings cost $5 per event. (Members Free) Your listing will also be included in our email updates which go out to our subscribers approximately 2x per month (if submitted before we send out our updates).

Events and lectures/workshops/classes that are free to the public are listed free.

Non-profit organizations list free.

An abbreviated version of member listings may be published in our quarterly newsletter if submitted by print deadlines (only if space permits - no guarantee about publication).

Newsletter Deadlines are as follows:

Summer (June-Aug.) - May 10

Fall (Sept.-Nov.)- August 10

Winter (Dec.-Feb.) - November 10

Spring (March-May)- Feb. 10

On-going event listings expire 3 months after submission and must be re-submitted (non-members).

All submissions are reviewed before appearing on the site. BHA reserves the right to edit any submissions and to refuse submissions. We do not check the details of the event, and do not take responsibility for inaccurate information. Please contact us if you notice inaccurate information in calendar listings. Listings are posted to the web calendar within 7 days of payment/receipt of listing. Our calendar is updated by a person, so please enter exactly as requested or there will be a small charge (for members also) if editing is needed. Thank You.
