Do you find yourself wavering from higher consciousness or in burnout from care-giving? You may be in an activation of distress or old patterns.

The TARA Approach training provides an understanding of the neurological and physiological responses to overwhelming events that can cause unhealthy behaviors, perceptions, or illness. When we are activated then we can fall into a lower consciousness or weariness. The training includes learning Jin Shin TARA, a subtle system of touch that easily and thoroughly assists the nervous system to release unwanted energy patterns and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.

Participants learn

26 meridian points,

A map of the sacred sites of the body, and how to use it so that they will never be undermined by debilitating stress responses.

Practice dialogue and assessment tools to know what the mind, body, or spirit needs to resolve shock, trauma, or stress.

Find the rhythms of balance and harmony through the application of your own touch!

Use this self-care system at any time in the moment of activation. Each participant in Renee's classes gains an individualized treatment protocol using Jin Shin TARA. This includes knowing how to promote ongoing regeneration of energy and central nervous system. Help yourself and others in stressful situations. TARA Approach can be easily integrated with other techniques, medicine, and counseling.

18 Continuing Education hours are available for nurses approved by American Holistic Nurses' Association, an accredited Approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation and massage therapists as an approved provider by National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Please request in advance. Additional $25 fee.

Rev. Renee Sutton, Certified TARA Approach Self-Care Teacher, guides you in an experiential and deeply empowering introduction to the TARA Approach. Renee brings to the class over sixteen years of personal and professional experience in energy healing and has been educating adults since 1983.

No pre-requisites.

2-Day Weekend Workshop course fee: $265 (includes manual) and $125 for students repeating the course; $25 additional fee for CE certificate.
