As long as I can remember, I have had an affinity for the beauty nature provides. I have spent years hiking and backpacking in the majestic Rocky Mountains and always found each experience to be amazing. My music is a tribute to nature, the earth, its people and the mystery of realms beyond. Spirit has given me these beautiful melodies and it is my sincere wish that you find joy, peace, harmony and inspiration as you listen to them.  I live in the mountains outside of Denver in Pine, Colorado with my husband and daughter who just left to attend college. I enjoy working with Spirit energies as a healing arts practitioner, musician, artist and author.

Prior to my interest in composing and recording, I enjoyed several years of sharing the love of music with others as a piano teacher. I have also been involved in local children's theatre, have written and arranged music for school plays, meditational speakers, and perform for workshops and seminars. One of my most memorable performances was for Swami Parmanandji during a retreat hosted in Bailey, CO.

After a near death experience in 1988, I began to study the metaphysical side of life which brought me to the healing arts field. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Holistic Health, several certifications and studies in Healing Touch, Reiki Master, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, Earth Centered Healing, Raindrop therapy, Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential OIls, Herbology and Angel Work. As an intuitive, clairvoyant channel I am able to assit in connecting others to their spirit guides and angels.

Music has the ability to touch us in ways nothing else can ~so is the same for Spirit energy which is an innate potential in each one of us.
Through the use of ancient and modern techniques, good nutrition and the gifts from the earth you can live in the incredible way you were truly meant to be.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing art that has been practiced in China and Egypt dating back 5,000 years. This therapy is based on the idea that the organs of the body are represented on the feet, hands and ears making them a vital map of the body. A signal to the peripheral nervous system is triggered from gentle pressure to the feet with the hands. From there it enters the central nervous system where it is processed in various parts of the brain. It is then relayed to the internal organs. During a session of therapy, more than 7,000 nerves are stimulated.

Healing Energy Work
Healing Touch is a style of energy-oriented healing using hands-on and energy-based techniques to balance and align the human energy field. Developed by Janet Mentgen, a nurse/healer from Colorado, it is founded on the belief that all people have the ability to facilitate healing through compassionate intent and that all healing is basically self-healing. Healing Touch offers a useful complement to a person's selected medical care. Through the release of blockages in the energy field, it works to support the healing abilities of the body and speed the healing process. Healing Touch is also very powerful as a preventive and health maintenance tool. It evokes a healing response that involves the whole person: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. When utilized at the first symptom of discomfort or distress, it is very effective in moving the person back to health, harmony and wholeness. When used to explore wholeness within, it can restore the energy system before a physiological symptom occurs.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki was developed in the early 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan. During a session, the energy is channeled for healing through the hands. Many healthcare practitioners like to have Reiki done for their patients in their clinics. It is a holistic, natural, energy healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and can be a profound and powerful experience.
All sessions of Healing Touch and Reiki are done with the client fully clothed while relaxing on a massage table.
Both Healing Touch and Reiki techniques have been accepted by the Nurses Association and are practiced in many hospitals in several states across the country including Colorado.
