Feeling overwhelmed…. Be careful of what you intend

March 15th, 2007

It is with great gratitude that I visit with you today.  It has been awhile since we only spoke privately.

I see that you are feeling overwhelmed and burdened.  Do you not see that you have created this burden for yourself?  You asked for a new and wondrous love, and you got it!  Is that not a great gift?  Yes, it is.  For you, my dear, are experiencing one of life’s (on this planet’s) greatest of all blessings!

You seem to think that you are saying goodbye to all that you have known, giving up and letting go.  The truth is that you are giving up that which no longer serves, and, you see, it is important that you herald and welcome these changes, for they will lead you to much greater things, things which you will love, cherish and enjoy beyond measure.  Nothing is ever really “lost”.  It is only left behind, like the worn out, ill-fitting skin of a snake.  It becomes so uncomfortable that you know you need to break out of it!  You will always remember these blessings and how you acheived them.  You will soon find your new “cover”, and all will feel good again…. until the next time you are growing….

Allow this for now, and keep on plugging toward that ultimate goal, the goal you have so wished for - peace.  You will find it!  It is just around the corner that you are now painting!  One day, you will paint the walls in a new home, and this will be your greatest satisfaction yet, because it will be done with love for, and with, another human being.

I see that you feel lost in this sea of uncertainty, that you wish you had more control!  Hah!  That is truly a laugh, because, once you set your intention in motion, the control of how things play out to accomplish your ends is out of your hands.  We are here to help you, if only to kick you in the butt to get you going in the direction you wished!

I say, therefore, to be careful of what you intend, because it WILL come true, one way or another.  You may perceive the results of your intention as “negative”, but the truth of it is that you will soon see that whatever trial you may experience is for your higher good.  It will lead you to become the next best version of yourself.

Gratitude, an attitude

January 31st, 2007

So often has this comment been heard. So often has it been sloughed off as psycho-babble….

But! There is music behind this.

Having an Attitude of Gratitude is the quickest way to what it is you desire!

To be grateful for all that one has in the moment only can bring more into it. You are open to receiving, and this is a key feature in the creation process. Allow others into one’s space, and amazing things happen. You begin to see that you are the crafter of your destiny, and you are the crafter of all of your life!

In the “Course in Miracles”, it is said that the “perfect” prayer is “Thank You”. Well, do you know what that means?

(Come on, it’s okay to guess if you don’t know!)

It means that you are working toward understanding that you have everything you have ever asked for at this very moment in time. You have peace and caring and love all around you! You will know that you can be everything you choose to be. Yes, just by saying, thank you, you have already accepted the gift of its being delivered.

Do you not like what has been delivered? Think again! It may be just exactly what you need in this moment, just the spark to ignite the passion in you. If you let it…. IF you are willing to receive….

The gift of “love” wears many cloaks, and there’s a cloaking device there somewhere, too. You need to open yourself to the possibliites, and then, you will see that there are many more roads to be traveled. You will know that you are not a cornered creature, fighting its way to get out! Give yourself some credit and understand that it is all about letting go and accepting.

Yes, have your wishes, but, for pete’s sake, stay out of the way in how this is accomplished. You can state your preferences, of course. You are most at liberty to do so. But, please do not be disappointed with the way things play out, because, ultimately, it will be for your highest good.

Welcome to Ven’s Blog

January 31st, 2007

Welcome, Reader!

With great anticipation, I begin the journey.  There is so much to share that it feels overwhelming to decide what first to say. However, to open with a “thank you” seems fitting.

I want to acknowledge, and express my sincere gratitude to my friend, and webmistress, for making it possible to share what I have been “told” with you. From the moment I met her, Angela has been a true friend. She has always generously supported me far beyond what one could dream of. Her influence to make the gift I have been given more than an avocation encourages me daily. It is truly a blessing to know a woman who not only embodies, but also practices, the essence of what many call Spirit.

The entries to come will represent samples of Ven’s writings and, perhaps, of others with whom I have been blessed to have had conversations. It is my hope that the reader will be compelled to feel, think and wonder about what is written, to contemplate whether a concept works for him or her and, if one chooses, how the information can be applied in any individual’s life. In so doing, I pray that readers will become seekers.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and travel awhile with me. Please know that your comments and curiosity will always be welcomed.

Let the journey proceed!

With love and light for the highest good of all concerned,
Ronny
