Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy stimulates the natural healing mechanism of the body without mechanical manipulation.
Lying fully clothed on a massage table, I make contact by placing hands lightly on the client's body, tuning into the rhythms of health that are present.
After an initial settling period of 5-20 minutes, a particular pattern usually arises, followed by closure. Sessions last from 40-60 minutes.

Beginning in 1997 with Tai Chi, Frank has been a student of various holistic arts, including a daily meditation, yoga, and Qi Gong practice. A registered yoga teacher since 2004, Frank completed the 700 hour CranioSacral training at the Colorado School of Energy Studies in 2006. With an office at 2955 Valmont St in Boulder, Frank offers craniosacral therapy to clients who wish to experience more grounding and clarity.
