A Very Brief History
There exist in the world today 15 modalities of Palmistry. Two are considered authentic, and the remainder are considered 'fortune telling'. The Hindu Indian style of palmistry dates back to 2000 BC, while Oriental Palmistry dates back to the year 3000 BC. History has recorded that Aristotle, Hermes and Caesar used Oriental Palmistry to help formulate their decisions before making any significant changes.
Cheiro, (Count Louis Haman) was the first to separate palmistry from the realm of fortune telling, explaining it as a science, giving the medium respect and credibility. He analyzed the hand and fingers and referred to it as Cheirognomy. The study of the lines on the palm was called Cheiromancy.
Paracelsus, a physician living in the 16th century became enthralled with palmistry and ranked it high among the sciences. He named hand reading the mother of the Arts and believed the human hand revealed everything going on in the human body. This idea was approximate to the concept in India concerning the study of hand reading. From 1650 to 1730 Chirology was included in the University curriculum in Germany. Since 1967 in America, Palmistry has been included in every Medical School's curriculum. It aids the Pre-Med. students in the diagnosis of patients. American physicians have concluded the study of the skin ridge patterns on a palm reveals invaluable medical information about their patients regarding heredity and the heart.
On every human palm you will find five basic lines. These lines are referred to as:
Life line, Love line (soul mate), Work line, Reproduction, and Bracelets

Why Palmistry?
What are the Benefits of Palmistry? There are many. Palmistry opens up discussions into many areas of life such as: relationships, emotional turmoil, recurring dreams, future goals, finding your path, deepening your life to a new level of meaning, building the life you desire, creating work that gives your heart joy, and self empowerment.
By using Palmistry, one is able to get in touch with one's higher self, to connect to the sacred self.?Hands are the mirrors of the soul and?lines on a hand are the absolute indicators of the major influences and movements in life. Hands are the servants of the human system. All things that affect the system affect them too -they are the immediate servants of the human brain. A hand can express with gesture, ask, invoke, promise, dismiss, threaten, embrace, show fear, pity, joy and grief.
In using Oriental Palmistry in palm reading sessions, it has always been my philosophy to provide Education, Enlightenment, Encouragement and Entertainment.
