Through Light Body, Lyn elevated her meditation practice and tapped further into the higher realms of consciousness, gaining a better understanding of frequency. As a Reiki Master, Lyn offers Reiki healings and workshops. Massage therapy opened the door to working with dementia residents. This work led to a greater understanding about the subtle energies of the seriously ill. Gifted with hearing her guides and angels, Lyn is reminded how important it is for light bearers to beam their light and help others to open their hearts and minds to the universal light of love and compassion. She is constantly reminded how important it is to help the dying. Lyn believes that self empowerment is very important for individuals seeking to understand the secrets of life and spirituality.
Lyn’s personal spiritual transformational experience caused her to reach for and understand life with new meaning. Her process led her to explore various healing modalities and she has pursued further enlightenment, becoming a Reiki Master, Massage Therapist and a Light Body graduate through Sanaya Roman’s and Duane Packer’s Light Body program.
